Day 13 decision
Day 13 is Paper 08 plus consolidation. Based on today, which gets the morning?
- Paper 08 as planned — the trend is up and pacing is comfortable
- Consolidation first, Paper 08 only if time allows — the trend is flat, or §6/§8 went badly, or you ran out of time on either paper
